Quinn Butera '22 Recruiting Profile

I love the sport of baseball. I enjoy learning from different coaches, whether it be from my travel coaches or my high school coaches. Although my primary position is catcher, I am used at all positions, making me a solid utility player. For me there is always something new to learn and improve upon. The travel organization and coaches of Phenom Illinois, have helped to develop me and make me the player I am today. I have been told by my coaches that I am a leader on my teams.  I support my teammates by always being positive and encouraging. I am very calm in tough game situations and I am always thinking about the next play. By strength and conditioning during the off-season, I have improved my batting skills and am able to always put the ball in play. I wish to continue to play at the high school level and put all I have learned to use on a college team.
