  • Skillset Overview Technical Abilities - 89 / 100 Route Running - Excellent routes from the backfield, getting open quickly and available for the QB through his progression. Hands - Moves hands in the proper direction to catch the football, catches all balls thrown to him. Tactical Abilities - 89 / 100 Adaptability - Able to quickly process the constantly changing environment and make correct decisions based on the situation. O Awareness - Understands the play call, his role in it and does a great job of executing his assignment. Physical Abilities - 89 / 100 Endurance - Great work rate throughout camp. Showed endurance that helped effectiveness, especially late. Agility - Showed good agility. Good body positioning and footwork helped you change directions quickly. Mental Abilities - 89 / 100 Passion - Brings energy to every session that was contagious. Great approach to the game! Confidence - Great confidence, didn’t shy away when challenged at camp and played with a sense of urgency. Coach's Comments Brandon was very enjoyable to work with. He came into the camp with a great attitude, mindset and confidence. Brandon had a great personality and was not shy to talk to me as a college coach as a lot of other players are. He competed very well at the camp and was not scared of any challenges thrown his way. I can tell that he is probably one of the leaders of his team.

  • Offensive Notes RHH- Wide stance, with a strong base. Very simple load (small stride with some slight hand separation) makes for a repeatable swing resulting in consistently barrelled baseballs during the batting practice session. Hands work extremely well through the zone, maintaining a strong connection to the lower half. Batting practice swing translated well in the game setting. Showed the slight tendency to come out of the legs at contact, this could cause issues on offspeed as you continue to face better pitching. Defensive Notes Continue to improve on your overall arm strength. This can be done by implementing a throwing/arm care program. Showed good lateral quickness, showing a good first step left and right. Attacks the ball well in the OF, consistently fielding the baseball out in front of the left side of the body creating room for adjustability and a good line of vision. Would like to see you implement a more aggressive pro-step gather/crow hop which will result in more velocity and better ball flight. This can be worked on pre-game when warming up
