Nicholas Evans '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello,  I'm a Senior and I am motivated athletically and academically.  My current plan is in the field of sports medicine, possibly orthopedic, with an undergraduate in engineering.  As a result of COVID-19, I have attended three high schools.  As I began a new school (Tuscaloosa Academy) in my junior year, I tried out for varsity football and earned the starting cornerback position.  I quickly learned that I loved the game of football.  As a first-time high school player, I played mostly on defense and special teams during my junior year.  In my senior year, I maintained my starting role as a cornerback but also earned the starting running back position.  In addition to starting offense and defense as a senior, I began the year playing all special teams and returning the kickoffs.  My high school season ended with a 36-29 loss in the third round of the playoffs.  

I believe you will find I am an extremely hard worker and dedicated academically and athletically.  My work ethic is beyond reproach.  

If allowed to play the game that I love at the collegiate level, there is not a coach who would be disappointed in my performance or effort.
