Personal Statement
Some kids want money, and fame. Success without effort. All I want is to become the best athlete I can be and I am willing to put in any hours, any day, to do so. Ill stay after practice for extra reps, Ill go before practice for extra reps. Ill go in on off days to get extra reps. It gives me a sense of dedication and commitment to the game I love. I workout in the gym, 6-8 times a week. I work on the field 2-3 times a week. Every single thing I do is devoted to being a better football player, that means in the classroom, on the field, in the offseason, and most importantly myself. If I make it to a college level, the journey will just be beginning for me. During college, I will push myself past my own personal limits to be the best I can be. I will strive to be the teams best leader and produce on the field while setting good examples off the field through good moral character and sound judgement. Specifically, I can offer a team the skills of a running back, slot receiver, pr/kr, or free safety. I would prefer playing running back, because that's what I've played my entire life. I feel my natural, God-given talents allow me to excel at this position. I strive to be better than myself when I'm at my best because I don't want to be the guy who didn't run fast enough, or didn't try hard enough, or gave up in the fourth quarter. I am a freshman, I am 5'10 180. By my senior year I expect to be 6'1-6'2 210-220, faster, stronger, more elusive, and better than I was the day before. and the day before, and so on. To best describe me, I'm a kid that believes he has a destiny to do great things in this sport. Football is my passion. I love this game, and I enjoy every second of it. I want to play at the highest competition level possible and make a big impact on any team in which I play. I won't stop working until I reach my goals, and when I do, then I will push myself even harder to go further. I have played on four teams in my life, been a captain on all four. I have been the leading rusher on all four as well. I know talk is cheap, that's why i ask, let me show you.
