Personal Statement

There was a point of time where i was really healthy, and had no health  problems. Till one day i got really sick and passed out in a wrestling room at my old school which was  Neal simeon. The older players on the team had seen what was happening to me but really they chose to leave me by myself. I alone without any knowledge of knowing if i would be ok. After some time my uncle had ended up coming into the school to find me after i was not answering none of his phone calls.

When my uncle found me he told the school to call a ambulance because something was wrong. After not being able to get any verbal or physical contact out of me they finally came to aid me. The first hospital i was took to was Little company of mary.  While being in the hospital for 3 days without being able to move any part of my body they had begin to run test on me .

When i was woke and finally was able to move they took me christ hospital . Meanwhile i was going through the process doctors had cleared me to go back to school but this time it was much different. It was so different because i was behind on so much work which really made me want to give up on school but i seen it was something i needed. The work was not hard that was not the problem i was stressing about the time frame i was being given to complete it all.

Little did the teachers know but it really put a lot of stress on me far as wanting me to go to school. People don’t try to understand that Im only one person. When i felt like everything was starting to come down on me i kinda became bipolar doing that time.It would be times that am happy and hype then, there would be times where i really didn’t want to laugh or joke with anyone because i was really not in the mood.

Really things seemed like they were all about to go wrong my mother was able to get in contact with my doctors they were really able to step in and help me. Which at the time i really needed it because at the time i was mentally and physically and already emotionally drain from everything that already happen from before. When the doctors sent emails out to all my teachers they began trying to assist me. Everyone ended up coming to one agreement and some time later i had ended up starting to feel really better because the doctors held me and found out what was really wrong with me. Before what i learned was that i can always reach out for help if i needed it because at that time i really needed it and they gave it to me .

My teacher’s started giving me the time i needed to complete and the work that i was late on turning it in for a grade.Overall the outcome of me going through all these things was me being able to bring all my grades back up. Also i was able to bring my gpa up it was not where i really wanted it to be at but i improved it. Another thing was that they helped me retake classes the school was trying to fail me with at that time.

I was able to go back to trying to play sports and got a chance to go to a brand new school. The last thing that i would like to say is that i am i am currently on track to to becoming a senior. I am glad that i went through it all because it helped me improve as a person. Most of the time people would go through things like me and that they would give up. I went down a different path that most others have not. It’s just not in my charter to give up on something easy and if i really want it you will never see
