Austin Lewis '13 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Austin Lewis. I go to Terre Haute North Vigo High School.  I am verbally committed to Western Michigan University. I am 6 foot 3.5 inches tall and weigh 207 pounds. I started on Varsity at safety and wide receiver my sophomore and junior season. I won several awards my junior season including Second team All Wabash Valley, 3 time offensive player of the weeks, and also 3 time defensive players of the week. I also won several awards my sophmore season including 3 time defensive player of the week, 2 time overall player of the week, rookie of the year and All Wabash Valley honorable mention.  I am an honor student and am on track for an academic honors diploma.  I was freshmen class president and try to lead by example.  It has been a dream of mine to play college football as long as I can remember.  I am a team first player and do whatever it takes to help my team win. I am interested in attending a school in the Mid-West but am open to other opportunities.  I look forward to talking to all interested coaches to learn more about their programs.
