Personal Statement
I'm a hard-working, dedicate versatile player that can play as wide receiver, running back, cornerback, and fullback that in my best season I had 12 touchdowns. I tore my ACL my Junior year and after working hard at physical therapy twice a week and with my trainer twice a week at 6 A.M. before school, I got cleared in 6 months to come back my senior season. Unfortunately, this season however, I tore my ACL graft; however, before doing so,I had 8 receives for 163 yards and 3 touchdowns. I was able to come back and play a few plays the last game of our season with despite having a torn ACL. Prior to my injury my senior season I helped get our team to 1st place in our division at one point which hasn't happened in 10 years and we ended up in 3rd place. Our team got to the 2nd round of the sectional playoffs which also hadn't happened in 10 years. I had my second ACL surgery 1/2/2020 even though I am working-hard to rehab, my surgeon doesn't want to clear me until I'm a year post-op.
I ask that you look at me as a whole and how hard I work and what I can accomplish when I'm healthy and take a chance on me, I definitely won't disappoint you or my future team. Please watch all my highlights on my profile and you can also read this article. I also will say I am horrible timing for my 40 but on the field local news reporters have referred to me as a speedster.
When it comes to my academics I have struggled at times but last quarter I did earn Academic Honors. I have only taken the ACT test once but am planning on retaking it soon.
I thank you for checking out my profile and taking the time to read this and hoping to get an offer from a school that is a great fit for me personally, academically and athletically.
