Michael Gelatko '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a dual sport student athlete competing for my high school on the football and baseball team. While participating in both sports, I continue to maintain honor roll and represent my school at the annual Schuylkill County Leadership Conference.

I have been playing at the varsity level in both sports since my freshman year of high. As part of the football team, I play both sides of the ball as TE and DE/FS. In addition, my overall athleticism allows me to also be responsible for the kick-off and punting duties. On the baseball team, I am one of the leading hitters and add starter on the defensive side at either 3B, 1B or RHP and was elected team captain my sophomore season. 

On and off the field, I pride myself on being a respectful competitor and a teammate who is committed to putting in the work to always improve. My coaches will attest that I will be put in hours watching film to prepare for the next game or to improve my own game. 

My goal is to continue my academic and athletic career and continue to excel at both. I appreciate you looking at my profile and taking the time to review my highlights.
