Ethan McBride '23 Recruiting Profile

I started playing football when I was in the 5th grade, but even before I started playing, football had been one of my loves. I saw people like Peyton Manning and Wes Welker, and I started to study football and my interest only grew from there. All I really want to do with my life is something with football, whether that is coaching or playing. 

I am continuously improving on myself both mentally and physically, on the field and off. I go to a personal trainer, as well as do the workouts for school sports. I am also a part of a 7-on-7 organization, known as the Tennessee Wolfpack. There I work to sharpen the skills I have as well as gain new ones. 

In school I turn in all of my work on time and make sure that I do it to the best of my ability. I work hard for upcoming exams and tests to make sure I maintain a high GPA. 

I want pursue a degree in Sports Management so I can have the tools I need for after I am done playing football. I hope to coach the sport or become an administrator in the sport. Football has been my love before I started playing, so I want to keep football a part of my life, even if it is off the field.
