Ever since I played basketball at the age of 5, I have dreamed of playing the sport I love, beyond the years of high school. My brother, Ethan, is 5 years older than me, and my parents always tell people, how I grew up on the bench watching Ethan play basketball when he was 5 years old, as well. Once I was in the 6th grade, the dream of me playing basketball in college, started becoming a serious reality.
Grades are very important to me and I work hard for them. I am very self-driven/self-motivated when it comes to school work, basketball practice, training and weight lifting. I consider myself to be very coachable/teachable. I am always wanting to know how I can improve, both on and off of the court. I try to be a leader with my varsity teammates, which can sometimes be a little challenging, at my young age. I am respectful, to my coaches and teammates, with my words and body language. I try to be intentional, with encouraging and positively pushing my teammates, because I know how much that matters, to me.
God and my family are most important in my life. I have so much to be thankful for and I know that I have unconditional love and support from my whole family, at all times. With their support and my consistent, hard work and dedication, both on and off the court, I am determined that my dreams of playing basketball at the next level, will become my reality.
