Michael Burbach '24 Recruiting Profile

 I am coachable, self motivated, and humble.  I am a leader, focused on my goals and strive for more out of myself.  I know  I am not where  I want to be yet,  I will outwork others and push myself to be better daily, and if someone else is working harder then me,  I will join them, to better the both of us.  I am a team player and will push them also to their best potential.  I work with the underclassmen to mentor them and they look up to me.  I help in our community and family business.  I know what hard work is and stay focused on my goals. If you asked me what  I would bring to the team  I would tell you this,  “ A leader who will respect you as my coach“  I will do anything asked of me, and will motivate  the team to be better then we were the day before. I know what sacrifice is.  I know what family is, and that my team is my family.  I see them sometimes more then my own family. I’m willing to learn new things, and will give you 110% always.  I also know what opportunity is, and that nothing is given.   I WILL EARN YOUR RESPECT,  and be there for my TEAM.  I am me,  as  I  don't know how to be anyone else.
