Personal Statement
My goal is it to graduate from University with a Master’s Degree in a business oriented area. I also want to play basketball at the highest level possible. I started playing basketball competitively for a German club when I was seven years old. And I have been playing for German/Austrian clubs since. Currently I am also starting for the Vienna International School boy’s varsity team. I will attend Mercersburg Academy for my post-graduate season. I am willing to work hard to create the best possible opportunities in life. I believe that hard work can overcome … athletically and academically. I like to be in a team environment and have been taught that there is no “I” in team. I am versatile on and off the court. I can play all positions from one to three and defend all from one to four. What sets me apart from other players is my natural instinct and hustle. I am willing to get others involved and do the dirty work no one else wants to do. I will always give the team I play for everything I have whether it is in practice or in the game. I am a student of the game, always willing to learn and improve. I will accept any necessary role on a team that leads to success. I feel like I can be effective and efficient without having the ball in my hand. I can deal with a lot of different characters and put differences aside. I am the last one to start a conflict and will always speak my mind and be respectful towards others.
