Kobe Polley '20 Recruiting Profile

    One of my many dreams is to one day play college basketball. I hope to dramatically improve my game and, with my high school and AAU coaches and teammates, I know through hard work and determination my dream will come true. For any team, I bring intensity and grit. I've always been known as the hustle player, and I'm never afraid to get scrappy. Offensively I'm a spot up shooter, and an aggressive defender and slasher. My most dominant abilities would be my speed, and my athleticism. Although I may score when needed, I love setting up my teammates for success and doing what it takes to win. We've all seen those players who, although may score 20 or more points from time to time, aren't the greatest teammates. I don't want to be like those players because that's just not me. I've never really been a flashy player, and I understand it's not very important. I've played a large assortment of sports throughout my life, and alongside basketball I currently play and start on varsity soccer and lacrosse. Academically, I've always been on Honor role, and most recently High Honors. I have a love for history and english, and I'm confident in my french speaking ability. I'm a relatively easy going guy off the court, but when it comes to game time or practice, I'm all determination and hard work!
