  • Camp/Event
  • SJGT Vestavia Hills
  • 6/01/16 to 6/02/16
  • I shot a 73-76--149 and placed T20 in my age group. The field was strong in this tournament and it was a lot of fun.
  • Camp/Event
  • 7A North Sectionals (High School Tournament)
  • 4/25/16 to 4/25/16
  • Camp/Event
  • Oxford Invitational (High School Tournament)
  • 4/18/16 to 4/19/16
  • Camp/Event
  • Shelby County Tournament (High School Tournament)
  • 4/12/16 to 4/12/16
  • I didn't play very well in this tournament. I had a rough front nine, but played the last 4 holes at 3 under to keep a decent score. I shot a 76 and placed 3rd out of 47. I was sad to hear this course is closing on 5/1/16. I got my first eagle and my only ace at this course. I have won and placed in several AJGO tournaments here and I was crushed to hear it will be gone.
  • Camp/Event
  • Warrior Invitational (High School Tournament)
  • 4/11/16 to 4/11/16
  • I shot a 70 and got 1st out of 74. I was the only player to break par. I was happy to get low medalist because this was my school's tournament and my home course.
  • Camp/Event
  • St Paul's Invitational (High School Tournament)
  • 4/04/16 to 4/05/16
  • Camp/Event
  • AJGA Preview at Innisbrook
  • 4/01/16 to 4/03/16
  • I shot a 72-79--151 and finished 8th out of 56. I ran out of gas on day 2 and had several bogeys on the back nine. I didn't get the result I wanted, but I got a top 10 and picked up 4 stars towards future events. I enjoyed playing with guys from all over the country and had fun playing this course.
  • Camp/Event
  • Glencoe Invitational (RTJ - Silverlake)
  • 3/18/16 to 3/19/16
  • I shot a 75-67--142 and placed 2nd out of 134. I broke my two day PR of 149 and it would have been lower, but I had to call a penalty on myself on day 1. I tapped my ball at address while putting and had to take a stroke. I had a few mistakes on day 1 that I wish I could get back, but overall I am very pleased with my performance.
  • Camp/Event
  • 7A Metro Tournament (High School Tournament)
  • 3/14/16 to 3/14/16
  • This event was cancelled due to bad weather. I was very disappointed because I shot a 70 in our practice round on Sunday. We were only able to complete 5 holes before the weather arrived on Monday. I am not sure if this tournament will be rescheduled.
  • Camp/Event
  • Smiths Station Invitational
  • 3/10/16 to 3/10/16
  • This was a fun event. I shot a 77 and placed T2 out of 56. The course wasn't in very good shape and the field was weak, but I got to see and compete against some of my buddies from SJGT/HJGT events.
  • Camp/Event
  • West AL Classic (High School Tournament)
  • 2/29/16 to 3/01/16
  • This tournament was cut short due to bad weather. I played poorly on day one and shot a 45 on the front nine. I shot a 37 on the back for 82. The next day we only played nine and I shot a 39.
  • Camp/Event
  • Fairhope Invitational (High School Tournament)
  • 2/15/16 to 2/16/16
  • I shot a 73-76--149 and placed T5 out of 105. I had a lot of fun and played against some good competition. The Monday round was tough due to windy conditions, but I enjoyed it and was able to play well.
  • Camp/Event
  • Hurricane Junior Tour - Timberline
  • 2/06/16 to 2/07/16
  • I shot a 75-78--153 and finished 5th out of 30 overall. I was disappointed in my performance as this is my home course and I feel like I missed a good opportunity to get a win.
  • Camp/Event
  • Hurricane Junior Tour - Callaway Gardens
  • 1/23/16 to 1/24/16
  • I had a rough weekend at this tournament. The conditions were brutal on Saturday (30 degrees, 20+ mph wind). I shot an 81-80--161 and finished 14th out of 51. I had several 3-putts and did not get many up/downs. My short game was off and my proximity to the hole was off all weekend. I will be working on my short game and putting in preparation for the Timberline event in February.
  • Camp/Event
  • AJGO Eagle Point
  • 12/29/15 to 12/29/15
  • I shot a 69 and won the 16-18 age group. The field was light due to the holidays and the course was short, but I enjoyed the round and got my first hole-in-one.
  • Camp/Event
  • AJGO Timberline
  • 12/21/15 to 12/21/15
  • I shot a 75 and won first place in the 16-19 age group. I jumped in this local tournament at the last minute to play with my friend from Montgomery. The competition was not very stiff and there were only 7 players in my age group.
  • Camp/Event
  • SJGT Gulf Shores Classic
  • 11/21/15 to 11/22/15
  • I shot a 77-79--156 and placed 13 out of 35 in the 16-18yr division and 19 out of 53 overall. The conditions were rough on Sunday with 18-25 mph winds. I enjoyed the tournament even though I didn't get the scores I wanted. It was a challenge playing in the wind and against good competition.
  • Camp/Event
  • TrackMan Combine Test
  • 10/16/15 to 10/16/15
  • I scored a 77.2 and gained some valuable input from the instructor. I need to work on my attack angle and focus on accuracy with my wedges.
  • Camp/Event
  • HJGT Major Championship at Montgomery CC
  • 10/10/15 to 10/11/15
  • I shot 86-70--156 to place 8th out of 26. I had the worst round I have played in 2 years on Saturday. I kept getting into tough situations and had several double-bogeys. On Sunday, I felt much more in control and I was able to stay even. The takeaway from this tournament is knowing I can bounce back after a horrible round.
  • Camp/Event
  • Rock Creek Junior Classic
  • 9/12/15 to 9/13/15
  • I shot a 72-79--151. I placed 5th in 16-19 age group and 10th out of 46 overall.
  • Camp/Event
  • SJGT Championship - 2015
  • 8/03/15 to 8/04/15
  • I shot a 74-77--151. I was T10 out of 32 in the 16-19 age group and T17 out of 59 overall.
  • Camp/Event
  • CGC National Junior Golf Prospects Camp - Dallas TX
  • 7/26/15 to 7/28/15
  • I learned a lot at this camp. I shot a 78-77--155 on the TPC course. I got some good feedback from the coaches and will focus on the things I need to work on.
  • Camp/Event
  • AJGO Championship
  • 7/22/15 to 7/23/15
  • I shot a 75 in the first round. We were not able to complete the second round due to bad weather. I ended up 3rd out of 33 in the 16-19 division.
  • Camp/Event
  • SJGT Saugahatchee
  • 7/14/15 to 7/15/15
  • I shot 78-78--156 which resulted in 7th out of 50 in the overall division. I was 4th out of 26 in the 14-15yr division.
  • Camp/Event
  • Dixie PGA Jr Championship
  • 6/29/15 to 6/30/15
  • I shot a 76-75--151 and placed T1 in my age group. I lost a sudden death playoff and finished 2nd. I was T5 out of the overall division which consisted of 28 players.
  • Camp/Event
  • SJGT Shoal Creek
  • 6/15/15 to 6/16/15
  • I shot a 75-80--155 and placed T5 out of 32. I had a rough back nine on the second round.
  • Camp/Event
  • 44th Annual Pigeon Dove Junior Championship
  • 6/01/15 to 6/02/15
  • Shot a 81-74--155 and ended up T1. I got a birdie on the first hole of a sudden death playoff to win my age group. I placed 1st in 14-15 age group and 3rd out of 49 overall in 14-19yr division.
  • Camp/Event
  • SJGT Vestavia Junior Classic
  • 5/27/15 to 5/28/15
  • Shot a 78-75--153. The competition was stiff in this tournament and I ended up placing T18 out of 41. The greens were tough and I had several 3-putts. I came away focused on putting in order to prep up for the Pigeon Dove Jr on 6/1-6/2.
  • Camp/Event
  • Callaway Junior World Qualifier
  • 4/25/15 to 4/26/15
  • Shot 83-79--162 and finished 5th. My putting was off and I also made some risky decisions that were unnecessary.
  • Camp/Event
  • AJGO Eagle Point
  • 3/28/15 to 3/28/15
  • Shot a 72 and finished T1. Lost a scorecard playoff and ultimately finished 2nd.
