2022 SpotlightPersonal Statement
In my four years of playing golf, I have become a phenomenal short game player and my golf skills have continually improved because of my dedication. I started playing in the Junior PGA and then I made the Varsity golf team my freshman year in high school. I attended collegiate golf camps the last three summers, played many tournaments and practiced my drills nearly every day. Because of the countless hours I have spent working on my chipping and putting, my short game is one of the best in my region.
Coaches, parents, and other athletes often praise my great attitude, calm composure and good sportsmanship. During my Sectional round this year, I kept my composure and made par putts on the last two holes to advance to State. My goal for senior year is to get the best grades possible and to place top ten at State. I would like to further my golf career and academic studies at the collegiate level by finding the best college to help me succeed.
