2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
Hello! My name is Maison Brandt. I have known the game of golf ever since I was three years old. It has always been one of my dreams to play collegiate level golf even when I was of a young age.
As a freshman in high school, the dream is now getting closer to becoming a reality through this program. I know I'm different than other recruits because I know I can get my work done on the golf course, but also through all of my courses in school. Not only do I excel through golf and academics, I also excel in fine arts such as music and art.
In college, I want to be the best I can be by representing not only my team, but my whole college. Golf is my life, and I don't know where I would be without it. I have always believed that golf could open up many different opportunities for my future, and I know that with the right college and the right coach, my future could be really bright

- 54 hole tournament. I shot shot 226, or 10 over for the tournament. Our team placed 1st.

- 2 day tournament. 160 kids from 6 different states. I placed 4th with an 8 over, 75, 77. The cut line was 77 the first day, and it played significantly harder the second day. There were only 6 kids to go sub 80.
