Wyatt McDonald '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Wyatt McDonald and I will be graduating with the class of 2024.  I started playing golf seriously the summer before my freshman year and have a tournament-low of 75 as a sophomore, and a 68 in non tournament play. My lowest tournament score during my junior season was 73 twice. I have been rapidly improving as I try and work hard on and off the course to get better every day, I plan on only getting better. I was a football player first and that instilled hard work and a determined attitude that I believe sets me apart. I have decided not to continue playing football to focus on golf.  As much as I play and work toward golf it is not what defines me. I am defined by my faith in Christ which is a major part of my life. I am very involved in my youth group and mission efforts and serving people in the name of my lord and savior Jesus Christ .
