David Bruno '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is David Bruno but in golf circles i'm known as DJ. I've always loved the game of golf ever since I played in my first tournament when I was eight. Something about the competition really makes the game special for me,. Ever since then I have played in Challenge Cup, N.E.P.G.A, U.S. Kids, and Rhode Island state tournaments. I have learned to appreciate everything the game has presented to me, such as being able to play courses all over the map and meeting different people. Just recently I played at Harbour Town and it was an experience I will never forget. I feel my best attribute in golf is being able to keep the bad shots out of my head and being able to recover from them, after all the most important shot in golf is the next one!
