Connor Meagher '20 Recruiting Profile

I am attending Benet Academy https://www.benet.org in Lisle IL as part of the class of 2020.   I have lived in Naperville IL since 2016 and I am currently a Junior and hold a 3.0 GPA at Benet. My education is extremely important to me now and moving forward into college. Prior to 2016 I lived in Oakville Ontario in Canada where I attended Appleby College https://www.appleby.on.ca.

I have been a Goalie my whole lacrosse career which started about 10 years ago.  From 2012 to 2016 I played for Hardcore and the Oakville Hawks under Troy Cordingley who has coached the Buffalo Bandits and Toronto Rock.  I then moved to Naperville in 2016 and started with True Lacrosse www.truelacrosse.com and became the starting Varsity Goalie for Benet Academy as a Freshman.  I currently am the starting Varsity Goalie for Benet and last year’s Defensive MVP.  I feel like I have grown immensely over the last year between Benet, my True experience, and the various showcases I have attended.
