My overall goal is to play division 1 volleyball at a college with not only great volleyball but also great academics for my future aspirations in business. For me, hard work is key. I will put the extra work in even if it means getting at least 1% better. I am a coachable player who will take every piece of feedback and even ask for more help when I need it. Volleyball has taught me so much over the 6 years that I have been playing. Ever since I bought my first pair of kneepads I fell in love with the game and the aspect of always being with your team and sticking together. Volleyball has taught me to never get down on myself or my team when things are going south. If anything, it has taught me to be a leader in situations to boost everyones confidence up. I work well with any position in the front row from being a middle when I was 13, an outside when I was 14, and currently an opposite at age 15. Not only do I focus on my athletic career, but I also prioritize my academic career meaning I am balancing out volleyball and my good grades. I also enjoy doing extra curricular activities outside of school and volleyball whenever I get the chance. For example, I am in environmental club where I got a different perspective of the earth, and best buddies where I get to work with students who have special education needs. I am beyond excited for my future and what it holds for me and where it will take me. Most importantly, I am thrilled to find a school that will support my aspirations for my future with academics and athletics.
