Personal Statement
My name is Quinn Frankovsky, and I have been playing soccer since I can remember. I am very fortunate for the soccer guidance and leadership skills portrayed by the many great club and high school coaches that I have played under. It's their guidance that has had a profound effect on the person who I've become today. The many great mentors, including my father and my older brother, are invaluable to my growth and learning. In this aspect, I am extremely grateful.
One of my collegiate goals, on and off the field, is to be able to learn from whatever experience I/we encounter. Recently, my high school team went without a fault for 20 games on our way to winning our respective championship. I believe that I have learned valuable lessons from each and every game. In addition, how well we, as a team, apply those learned lessons to our philosophy will dictate the level of success we will achieve. This brings me to why I believe that I am a good candidate for a college team. I am not afraid to learn and grow from our experiences, as a team. The growth of myself and my team is paramount to the success we will have, and I believe that I am a catalyst for necessary and beneficial improvement.
