As a student-athlete from Jordan High School, my career has been expressed through academic excellence and athletic achievements. My commitment to the classroom, where I challenge myself with the most difficult courses, extends seamlessly onto the soccer field. While I mainly play as an outside midfielder, I am versatile and can transition into the role of a defensive midfielder.
On the field, I am a firm believer in leading by example, evident during practices and games, and I possess effective communication skills with teammates. I thrive in facing challenges head-on, consistently pushing myself and encouraging teammates to strive to give maximum effort. When I play soccer the game is characterized by selflessness, and I believe team success takes precedence over personal stats. In my three years on the varsity team, I have consistently demonstrated this mindset, playing a pivotal role in the success of our program, even as Jordan is a relative newcomer to the high school soccer scene.
A standout quality in my play is the natural ability to deliver the ball in challenging situations. My goal for the future is to continue to impact my teammates and teams in positive ways while continuing to improve my physical skills and mental preparation. I am confident in my skill, work ethic, and leadership, and I am excited to have the opportunity to continue to show my passion for the game and contribute to the success of a college soccer program.
