Coming to the United States of America as a young boy from an earthquake-devastated Haiti in 2011, soccer has always been an escape and passion of mine. Having lived in the crumbling streets of Port-au-Prince and the tower tops of New York City, my drive to be the best version of myself and at what I do has always been the defining characteristic that makes me stand out from among the crowd. When I first came here, I did not speak any English so it was very difficult to make friends and interact with others but one thing that was not dependent on my speech was my ability to play fùtbol (the real one). My love for the game is ever-increasing as I grow in all aspects of life and pursue to play at the highest level in college.
With very big goals for a small kid from Haiti, I now am a leader on all of my teams, I own a Non-profit organization, co-founded a church, am the CEO of a clothing brand called Righteous Rebels, and am the President of my class. All of these roles have helped me become a better athlete, teammate, and leader. One of my greatest assets is my ability to communicate with others on and off the field and keeping a strong balance as a soccer player and student. I know that I have the talent, tenacity, and coachability to play soccer at the collegiate level and make an immediate impact in your program!
