Chibuzo Ugwu '24 Recruiting Profile

As I get closer and closer to my university years, it's an aspiration of mine to go to a school where I can study my interests in medicine so I can develop more and more in the career path I wish to pursue. Along the journey though, I want to be able to play soccer at a high university level as that is and has always been my passion. I'm very dedicated in my training and always try to heighten my level of ability and sharpen my standards. I revel in playing in a team, as we all want success, and will always put my best foot forward on the pitch as well as holding myself accountable for my mistakes, working hard to remedy and improve in these areas. I have a very passionate nature for the sport because I take a lot of joy in playing it so putting effort into strengthening myself by lifting weights and getting faster through running is something that is really important to me. I work hard to maintain A's in my classes so I can achieve my future career ambitions but also so I can have the privilege of playing alongside great players and people. This is something I really do enjoy.
