My name is Jack Grace.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile and consider me as a potential recruit. I am a big fan of pushing myself and I strive every day not only to excel on the pitch and in the classroom, but also in life as a whole. I value a strong work ethic, iron discipline, and the everyday grind above the statistical results. If I gave it my 150% effort in the game, practice, or test I know I presented myself honorably. I love this game and cannot wait to take my soccer career to the next level.

Training
- Training for ASA Academy
- 3 years
- 4 days a week of team in season practice, 3 days of off-season training. Monday-Thursday with games on the weekend. Every Practice is competitive with new kids added mid-way through the season often.
- Personal Training and Recovery
- 3 years
- Stretching at night 3 days a week. Rolling 6 days a week at night. Training/body weight workout three days a week in the morning before school. If there are more than one games, then less workout and more recovery.
- Cross training in Competitive Sailing during the summer and breaks.
- 8 years
- Competitive Laser Sailing is an upper body, abdomine and back, and leg workout. Each day yields about 3,000 calories burned. I was rewarded for this training by being invited to the 2021 US Youth Sailing Championships where i placed 6th. This past Christmas I competed in the Orange Bowl International Youth Regatta and placed 6th there as well.

- Competitive sailing in the single-handed Olympic Laser class. Received numerous local, regional and national awards. Competition and training provide an excellent arm, abdominal, back, and leg workout. A 6-8 hour race day burns over 3000 calories.
