Personal Statement

Swimming is my passion. It keeps me calm, makes me happy, gives me confidence, and it helps me to focus.I am currently a Junior at Boulder High School in Colorado. My birthday is September 14th, 1998 and ll graduate with the class of 2016 Id like to be on a team at a school that wont limit me academically or athletically. I don't shy away from competition, and I like to see improvements through hard work. My favorite quote is by Thomas Jefferson Im a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it. This quote is engraved on a sign that hangs over my bed.
