Personal Statement

My name is Cordy McJunkins, class of 2017 attending Arkansas High School. I am right handed at 6'0 and 165 pounds. This is about to be my 4th year playing tennis for the Arkansas High School varsity team. I finished my junior year 1st in our 6A conference and reached the quaterfinals of our state tournament. During this summer and fall, I plan to continue improving my fitness and look to play more singles and doubles matches to gain more experience for college. I am looking to win our state championship this year to win state overall for our team. Currently I am hungrier than ever to train, practice, and analyze matches by working with a former DII college coach.  I love this sport with a passion and looking forward to improve even further in college.
