Sergio Ortiz '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sergio Ortiz, and in my time playing volleyball I have fallen in love with the sport and I aspire to play at the college level. My main goal is just to improve overall as a player and to make any team that I am on better whether that be in the game playing or on the bench cheering. While playing I have realized that the people that I saw that were older than me and better than me all got to where they were based on their hard work. One thing that isolates me from others is my willingness to work, I am willing to work as much as I need in order to improve on and off the court. When it comes to school I make sure my grades are always up and that I take advantage of the opportunity that my parents didn't have.
