2023 Highlights Personal Statement
I love to PITCH. I love the daily grind of being a pitcher, the workouts and the daily throwing sessions with any family member or friend that will catch for me, and I love to see their fear when I say "dropball". I love walking into that circle and seeing my teammates, knowing they have my back and I have theirs. It's that immediate rush I get when the first batter steps in. The focus and the intensity you need to win every pitch, every at bat and the happiness you feel when you do. I love raking the field with my team after a game. I love the bus rides home from away games. I love how proud my family is after every game win or lose.
I love SOFTBALL.
