Eva Shawver '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Eva, and I have been involved with athletics since I can remember. Growing up, I participated in soccer, dance, track, volleyball, basketball, and gymnastics. I have loved the competition and teamwork involved in all of them, but didn't find "my sport" until I tried diving. I have competed on my high school varsity diving team for three years now, and started with my club team after my sophomore year high school season. While diving is one of my highest priorities, I am also very focused on academics. I have maintained straight A’s throughout high school while also taking challenging classes. In addition, I am a part of “We Help Others” Club and Dance Marathon, which help develop leadership through fundraising for community organizations. My goal is to further develop my diving skills as part of a supportive team, while also pursuing my college education!
