Personal Statement
As a player looking to further my golf career into college and beyond I am big on commitment. I am a committed athlete willing to do whatever it takes to better myself. I thrive on competition and take criticism well. Playing a varsity sport is a difficult thing to do early in your high school career, but as a freshman I managed to letter in not only golf but in basketball and softball as well. I know what it takes to compete at an elite level and it's what I'm born to do. I am also big on leadership. When I am not leading by example on the course, the court, or on the field I'm leading my school through student council. Giving back to my community is another thing that plays a big part in my life. The main way I give back is by volunteering at The Boys and Girls Club of America at East Park Elementary. My work ethic is what makes me a standout among other competitors. I aspire to do great things with my career and once I set my mind to a goal nothing will get in my way to accomplish it.

My high School golf team won the BIG10 Championship in which I shot an 81 at Buckhannon Country Club, finished 4th overall, and made First-Team All Conference.
Shot an 87 the following week at the Regional Tournament which took place at Green Hills Country Club Ravenswood, WV. With our teams performance we made it to the State Tournament.
We finished 5th at the State Tournament the following week.
