For a team to be successful both on the field and off, there must be an understanding of unity and trust. As a player either on the field or in the goal, my job is to encourage and fill gaps that others can not see. When athletes say to themselves, "I can do it.", I say to myself, "I can do it better." and that motivates me to keep practicing, to keep encouraging, and to keep pushing myself and my teammates for success.
