Personal Statement

My first dream is to be a college soccer player for a University. Another goal is to be a journalist/writer and/or an environmental scientist My major to begin with will be English with a communication minor. I am still undecided on an exact career but with a BA in English, communication and writing for all fields will be needed and I hope to attain a Masters  in a more select field like Environmental Science. I also hope to be a leader and help others through community service and volunteer work.

I am a team player that believes in character, dedication and good sportsmanship. Academics are extremely important to me since it is the key to my future.

Rarely over or under hits the ball. Ball Control - Quality first touch in space, and controls the ball under pressure. Tactical Abilities - 97 Vision - Field vision is very good. Constantly checking over shoulders on and off ball allows for quick decisions. Reading The Game - Does well seeing the first level of pressure and making appropriate decision on the ball. Physical Abilities Endurance - Great work rate throughout camp. Showed endurance that helped effectiveness, especially late. Agility - Showed good agility. Good body positioning and footwork helped you change directions quickly. Mental Abilities - 95 Coachable - Responds well to coaching. Asked good questions and seemed to enjoy the learning process. Team Player - Great team-first attitude. Was encouraging and supportive to teammates throughout camp. Coach Comments Emily was very coachable throughout the day. She was always willing to listen to new ideas. She had great vision of the field and played many good through balls to her forwards. Her passing/execution was good. A simple but effective player.
