Abigail Mogg '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi I am Abby Mogg! I am now a Senior (2024) at Naperville Central High School. I am proud to be apart of the RedHawk’s Cross Country as well as Track and Field team.

My dedication for running has grown tremendously over these past couple years in the same way I have. I’ve always been a hard worker whether that’s in the classroom or on the track. My love for competition stems from my self motivation and drive to improve. It’s commonly noted that being a student athlete can be challenging because of the rigor and time commitment, but I find that’s where I thrive. The structure and routine you develop in your day to day life can be chaotic and tiring at times but I wouldn’t change it for the world. Developing a balance between Varsity Sports and Honors Classes is what has shaped my perseverance. I am also a team player and hold strong relationships with my teammates and coaches. In this track season I look forward to improving and learning much more.
