Hello, I’m Kaylee Reid. I’m a 5’7” outside hitter from a small town called Brilliant. Ever since I was a little girl I have always loved volleyball and been super competitive, but I have also had to go through many harsh times to get to where I am now. One of those tough times was when I moved across the country and had to push myself even harder to join the team, get better, and make friendships with all the players. I also had broken my ankle 1 year ago during a volleyball game. But none of those stopped me, instead I pushed myself past my limits every time and worked even harder to be the best I can possibly be. I remember going outside almost every day practicing my technique, skills, and how to get better. I love being there for my team and I always try to encourage them. I have played volleyball for 5 years and club volleyball for 3. Every year I have been a starter and I always played to get better and would see if I could learn something new or do something better. I would love to begin volleyball and my academics on a higher level and be able to push my teammates, work hard, and make the best team possible. I have been awarded all area and all county for the past 3 years. I am also an A/B honor roll student who always works hard to learn more and get the best grades possible.
