Personal Statement
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
I have had the privilege of playing under Coach Yelin at the University of Syracuse this past year. I have learned a great deal during the 2018 season as a Redshirt and cherish the experience of achieving a NCAA bid. I feel I can add value to any organization given my skill set developed through excellent coaching and hard work this past year. While I may be unable to continue my career with the Orange, I welcome the opportunity to help my next team accomplish its goal of achieving the highest level of performance.
As a student, volleyball player, swimmer or volunteer, I am very eager to learn and be a valuable member of my team and my community. I work very hard to excel academically and athletically and do my best to make everyone around me better as well. I suppose my greatest strength is my positive attitude and the ability to motivate my teammates. I am passionate about winning and am disappointed when I make a mistake or when the team isn't performing like it should, but it doesn't affect me for long. I know the next play deserves my very best and hope to inspire others around me to think the same way.
