Audrey Jensen '25 Recruiting Profile

My obsession with volleyball started in middle school when my coach immediately pegged me as a setter and said there could be a path to college worth pursuing.  I began club volleyball in 2020 and now play for Colorado Juniors. 

I continue to impress my coaches with my quick development. I’ve learned the importance of being a solid setter, great defender, and coachable player, but most importantly a trustworthy teammate. I bring a level of flexibility to our team with my hitting and blocking, and this fall was awarded with the All League Second Team award.

At school I maintain a 3.9+ gpa and just received the CHSAA Academic All State First Team award. I take my studies seriously and work hard to be a dependable student athlete that my coaches can count on.  

One of my greatest volleyball achievements is making the cut for Colorado Juniors after only 2 years of playing club. I’m very proud of my athleticism and work hard outside of practice to improve my own game.  Seeing my effort pay off encourages me to be better today than I was the day before.  

My dream job is to be a pilot, which makes my favorite movie Top Gun Maverick. I’m interested in studying aeronautics and/or engineering. My long-term goal is to be a competitive student-athlete in college and eventually become a coach.
