I first found volleyball during my 7th grade year of school; at the time I was a multi-sport athlete. I was doing basketball, soccer, and had just finished gymnastics. When I first started playing volleyball, I wasn't positive If I wanted to stick with the sport or not, but then I went into my 8th grade season and realized just how special my team was to me. We were all like one big family, hanging out with each other even if it wasn't specifically for the sport we all played. I started to love being out on that court more and more every time until It got to the point where I thought to myself this is my home, and this Is where I come to for happiness. I started playing club volleyball right after my 7th grade season ended, I had a great coach who showed lots of love towards me helping me every step of the way. I know not every person Is In love with the sport they play, but I have no doubt that I am. Ever sense I stepped out on the court for my first time I knew this was where I wanted to spend most of my time, find my happiness and family. I greatly enjoy playing volleyball and enjoy the teammates that comfort you when you do wrong and congratulate you when doing good. I hope to be that great of a teammate to everyone else and mostly to support when most needed.
