Throughout my childhood, I had to move around quite a bit with my Dad’s career. Nine different schools to be exact! During this period in my life, baseball and my immediate family were my only constants. Without baseball and God as my center, I’m sure life could have played out much differently for me thus far. My late hitting coach Jeff Forney instilled in me to always “Play for an audience of one.” I try my best to live my life by this cherished advice on and off the field.
