When my fourth grade teacher asked my class what we would like to be when we grow up she got the usual police man, fire man, etc. but I said I wanted to be an MLB player. Since I was introduced to baseball I knew I wanted to be a baseball player. My goal is to continue to learn, play hard, and eventually be a pivotal player for a Division I team. I am different from other recruits because I believe that my academics are an important part on becoming a collegiate ballplayer. Also, I am a great ballplayer and I have been invited to play in several All-Star tournaments in Indiana and Illinois. I would be a perfect candidate for your team because I not only practice and play hard on the diamond but I study hard in the classroom.
