2023 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I am Beau Adams and I am looking for a school that is all about developing strong leaders athletically and academically. Let me introduce myself. I am the All-Area 2023 Defensive Player of the Year, First-Team All-Conference, and 4-year varsity letterman for the 2A St. Anthony Bulldogs.
I am a driving force of my team as leadoff batter and centerfielder. I know my role and scored 40 Runs, earned
the award for most Quality At Bats with 65.9%, and had a 1.183 OPS in our recent 24-1 Championship winning season. I also recently broke the school record for the 40-yard dash and Pro Agility, and run a 6.7 60-yard dash.
It has been a privilege to play under the guidance of Coach Tony Kreke, and as I move on I am very interested in a competitive goal-driven program. I have the privilege of playing 3 seasons of competitive baseball each year: Fall/Spring for St. Anthony High School and this summer I play with Extreme Elite, Collinsville, IL. I expect excellence from myself and my teammates, as we control our attitude and effort in every moment. I am a strong student (32 ACT & IL State Scholar) and athlete and know I will be an incredible asset to my school at the collegiate level.

- ActivitiesI own and operate my own power-washing business. I am active in our school's Christian athletic association: Iron Sharpens Iron. I also volunteer in our church youth program and a local charity called Blessings in a Backpack where we fill bags of food for kids to take home over the weekend. I enjoy pickleball, playing cards, all sports, and hanging out with friends.
