Tyler Barker '22 Recruiting Profile

Playing collegiate baseball has always been a dream of mine. I am a hard worker and a good teammate. I put my heart and soul into everything I do on and off the field. On the field I provide good leadership and a high baseball IQ. I am a really smart player and a good hitter for good average and a above average defender. In my freshman 2019 season I was an everyday starter on varsity and hit for a good average (.321) and I had a good defensive percentage(.942) the two things a bring to the table the most. After a year off from covid a made All-conference first team in my junior year. I postes a .321 average, .429 OBP, and a .976 OPS. Also posting 2 doubles, 2 triples and 2 home runs, 10 rbis, with 10 walks to 4 strikeouts. I had a team leading 16 runs and 11/11 steals and 0 errors in center field.
