Personal Statement
Coach,
My name is Cam Weaver and I start middle infield for South Oldham H.S. in Crestwood, KY. I am a member of the class of 2021 and it is a dream of mine to play baseball at the college level and beyond.
My collegiate goals are to graduate college, prepared to have a solid career ahead of me.
The most important thing in my life is my faith. Ever since I was little, I was taught to show the love and grace of the Lord to any one and I will for sure bring this to your team.
As a baseball player, personally I feel I am a great teammate who stays positive and will work my hardest for you and my teammates. I love being on a team and making solid connections with my teammates because that bond makes us play harder for each other.
What makes me different from other recruits? I am confident in my God-given skill and I feel that I bring encouragement on the field and off the field. All of my coaches tell me I am very coach-able - I want to learn and be better each day. I will always put out 100% effort, make the plays when we need it, and be a leader.
