Personal Statement
Since I was young I have dreamed of playing baseball beyond high school. I set a goal for myself entering sixth grade to carry a 4.0 or higher GPA from middle middle school through high school with the understanding of how important academics are in securing a successful future. I have also realized the value of versatility as an athlete, and have worked and trained to be an asset anywhere on the field.
I have had the opportunity to be developed by some knowledgeable coaches along the way, and play with some great teammates. Although I play other sports, baseball is my true passion, and I love the grind that it takes to excel in this game. In addition to baseball, my priorities are faith, family, and academics.
The college team that I play for is getting more than just a baseball player; my work ethic, discipline, and character distinguish me from my peers. As I continue to make my measureable stats help me stand out, it is my immeasurable qualities that truly set me apart.
