Kalvin Heid '21 Recruiting Profile

My college goals and aspirations are to obtain a business degree and go into investing. I'm hoping to fund my college education through sports and academic scholarships. I am a good candidate for your team because I have a good work ethic, am a team player, and try to have a good attitude, even if our team is losing.  I study baseball techniques through Youtube, practice the techniques I learn, video record myself,  then ask for feedback on my technique from coaches.   I strive to be my best when on the field and enjoy my teammates.  I also love to learn more about the game and strive to know more about it. I  also work intensely inside and outside the classroom, which has helped me maintain a 3.67 GPA. Lastly, I'm very friendly and approachable and respectful to others.
