Lucas Parke '23 Recruiting Profile

I am Lucas James Parke and currently play baseball for Reno High School.  I strive to be the best student athlete and best teammate I can be to help my team win championships.  Getting better each day academically and athletically is key for me.  By getting better every day, I will help my team win, become a better person and be more prepared for life after college.

I love the game of baseball.  Baseball is my passion.  My favorite part about the game is being part of a team and the game itself.  My teammates are my brothers, and playing the game with a sense of a family mission drives me.

I am a right-handed pitcher.  I throw a 4-seam fastball, 2-seam fastball, changeup,  knucklecurve and  slider.  I work hard.  I like to be the first at the field, go about my work with a purpose and be the last to leave the field.  I am a leader and eager to help coaches and players both on and off the field.  Being the best teammate I can be and having the drive to learn and get better each day makes me a good candidate for your team.  I am committed to doing all I can to help the team, prepare to win and win.
