My name is Daniel Dicante, class of ‘28. I go to Sage Ridge School in Reno, Nevada. My academic interests are history and science. History and science have been easy and fun to learn for me.
Today I'm active in multiple sports such as basketball, baseball and MMA. Its through sports and academics that I have experienced many learning opportunities. I am continuing to push myself to maintain good habits that help me achieve my goals.
Im currently most proud of myself for being able to compete with a 14U select group and Prep team. Im a good teammate and contribute to the team where available. Hopefully I can find a school that can fit my academic and athletic needs. I'm excited at the opportunity to play at the next level. In order to achieve this I know I'll have to maintain strong work ethic, remain coachable and stay hungry to improve. Thank you for reading my personal statement.

Also talked to kids, played with them, and listened to their background/stories. -Participated as a Challenger buddy in Centennial Little League for 2 years. I partnered with a Challenger and helped with support and assistance wherever the kids needed it. -I made blankets in 4th and 8th grade with my classmates to provide warmth for the homeless in my city.
