Steven Shaffer '21 Recruiting Profile

My goals in college are to play at the highest possible level that I can while still carrying the "Student Athlete" roll. My goal has always been to play at the division one level and graduate with a degree at that four year university.  I have always worked hard and tried my best and then some at everything ive done in my life.  I have always played with a chip on my shoulder because of my size and weight. I've been overlooked because of my weight, because no one thinks a kid like me can compete at the next level. It wouldn't matter if the coach put me at a position I've never played I would still go my hardest for my team. I've always been an A/B student, always on the honor roll and have always been in honors classes. I'm a team player and will always do what is necessary for my team to be put in a better place to win. Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to read this.
