I have been playing baseball now for 6 years. Since I began playing I fell in love with the sport and decided this is it and no other sport is better. I now have aspirations to play at the collegiate level. However I am aware fully that competing at that level requires a high level of commitment and discipline and I possess both traits.
Playing college ball would be in honor and a once in a lifetime opportunity. It would definitely give me a chance to prove all my hard work up to this point did not go to waste and would also make my parents extremely proud.
I have strong skills in hitting and possess mental toughness and always do my best to lead by example and be a good team player. I am very coachable and strive each and every time to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits.
I work hard throughout the year to continue to get better at my craft participating in Rec ball , Travel ball, has well has loc al town team competition. I also spend time working at the academy on improving my overall skills and weight training.
In the classroom I am currently a high honor roll student with a GPA 4.0. The classroom is something I enjoy very much knowledge is the main path to a bright career. In conclusion I would like to attend a school where I can challenge myself both academically and athletically. I hope to become a role model and be able to inspire others not to quit pursuing there dreams no matter how difficult it may be.
It takes determination and drive to reach high levels. It's not just a game It's a way of Life!!!!!
