From the time I was little, I have dreamed of playing baseball in college. I have always enjoyed this game and all the hard work that comes with it. Hard work is the lesson I have learned over these last years. More than skills and drills. The accomplishment has always been the work, the discipline, the effort. And that is one thing I promise you. You will ALWAYS get my 100%. I've never cruised through this game on my athletic ability alone. It's not who I am. I have had to work as hard as possible for my opportunities in baseball and can promise that if given the chance, I will continue to work as hard as possible and prove that you made the right decision.
I am a catcher, third basemen and pitcher. Catching is my main position though and my true passion. My dad was a catcher and a closer in college so I have learned numerous skills from him. In the classroom, I have a 4.5 GPA and take as much pride in my studies as I do on the field.
I am determined to be a committed teammate, a determined student and a kind, respectful and responsible man. I would love to bring that to your academic community.
